02. Please Please Me
Last night I said these words to my girl
I know you never even try girl
Come on, come on, come on, come on
Come on, come on, come on. come on
Please please me. oh yeah like I please you

You don't need me to show the way love
Why do I always have to say love?
Come on, come on. come on. come on
Come on, come on, come on. come on
Please please me, oh yeah like I please you

I don't want to sound complaining
But you know there's always rain in my heart
I do all the pleasin' with you
It's so hard to reason with you
Oh yeah why do you make me blue

01. A Day In The Life

01. A Day In The Life
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

I read the news today oh, boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well, I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car
He didn't notice that the lights had changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
They'd seen his face before
Nobody was really sure if he was from the house of lords

I saw a film today oh, boy
The english army had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had to look
Having read the book
I'd love to turn you on.

Woke up, fell out of bed
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup
And looking up, I noticed I was late
Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke
And somebody spoke and I went into a dream
Ah

I read the news today oh, boy
Four thousand holes in blackburn, lancashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the albert hall
I'd love to turn you on

I believe in Gotham City.

4 months ago - 211 views
I believe in Gotham City.
Second in the superhero/villain sets I am making (previously: The Joker). Again, an outfit loosely based on a female concept of the Dark Knight.
I love the way Batman is portrayed in Batman: The Cult. Definitely one of my favourite comics. READ.

Arkham Asylum would be my favourite Batman game.
Something else that is great and Batman related is the Arkham City Game Album! Coheed have a song on there, my two favourite things in one song.
Favourite quotes:

I wear a mask. And that mask, it's not to hide who I am, but to create what I am.

And as the sun, that had been too afraid to show its face in this city, started to turn the black into grey, I smiled. Not out of happiness. But because I knew... that one day, I wouldn't have to do this anymore. One day, I could stop fighting. Because one day... I would win. One day, there will be no pain, no loss, no crime. Because of me, because I fight. For you. One day, I will win.

Bruce Wayne is a mask I wear, that I've been wearing since I was a child... but it's become a liability, so it's over. Bruce Wayne and his troubles aren't my concern anymore. The only thing that matters now is my mission. Nothing will stand in the way anymore.

Sometimes it's only madness that makes us what we are.

why so serious?

why so serious?
This is the first of a few superhero and villain sets I plan on making. I will try to take the concept/image/style of the character. The outfits will be for females. When I'm making the set, I'm imagining if I was the character. I imagine myself to be a sexy, sultry, dark humoured villain with a taste for fire, poison, guns and velvet. Teasing and joking, but deadly.
The Joker is one of my favourite fictional characters. My favourite comics feautiring him are 'Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth', 'The Killing Joke' and 'The Dark Knight Returns.
Heath Ledger's performance in The Dark Knight gets me way too excited, and Jack Nicholson is just amazing.
Coheed and Cambria's song, "Deranged" is about the relationship between Batman and the Joker. It's an awesome song and they are one of my favourite bands.
Following are some of my favourite quotes from the Joker from movies and comics, and other lyrics that remind me of him. If you can pick where the quotes are from, comment it! Enjoy. Comment/PM me!

I may look happy, but honestly, dear, the only way I'll really smile is if you cut me ear to ear.

////

I'm only laughing on the outside
My smile is just skin deep
If you could see inside I'm really crying
You might join me for a weep.

////

You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?

////

Oh, you. You just couldn't let me go, could you? This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. You truly are incorruptible, aren't you? You won't kill me out of some misplaced sense of self-righteousness. And I won't kill you because you're just too much fun. I think you and I are destined to do this forever.

////

You see, madness, as you know, is like gravity. All it takes is a little push!

///

Wanna know how I got these scars?

////

When the chips are down, these... these civilized people, they'll eat each other. See, I'm not a monster. I'm just ahead of the curve.

////

Everything burns.

////

If you gotta go, go with a smile

PLAYBACK, DELETE AND REWIND
And all your friends are gone
Nobody hears you
And all your friends were wrong
Nobody cares
And all your friends are gone
Nobody is here with you
And all your friends were wrong
Nobody cares

I wish I had known in that first minute we met, the unpayable debt that I owed you. Because you'd be abused by that bone that refused you, and you hired me to make up for that. Walking in that room when you had tubes in your arms, those singing morphine alarms, out of tune. They had you sleeping and eating and I didn't believe them when they called you a hurricane thunderclap. When I was checking vitals I suggested a smile. You didn't talk for a while. You were freezing. You said you hated my tone, it made you feel so along. So you told me I had to be leaving.

But something kept me standing by that hospital bed. I should have quit but instead I took care of you. You made me sleep, and uneven, and I didn't believe them when they told me that there was no saving you.

they crawl from the oceans to paint in the caves but I'm working all weekend, I need to get paid.
And every night I think I certainly won't sleep sober or alone
then suddenly it occurs to me, I've slept alone before you.
So I pour myself the stiffest drink my stomach can stand
and convince myself to lay back down again.
